Foundational Skills

Classical education starts with a student’s mastery of language and mathematics. These skills provide the foundation for the in-depth study of God’s Word and His world.

Through language, we communicate with God, our neighbors, and authors of the past. Through mathematics, we understand God’s creation and the technological world around us.

Core curricula we use include:

  • Memoria Press

  • Singapore Math

Memory & Mastery

Our students are taught how to listen with attention, ponder carefully, and then narrate back what they have learned. This helps check their understanding and builds their memory of what they are learning.

This starts in the early years by simply telling back what they’ve heard in a lesson. In later years, it progresses to thoughtful written responses and lively discussions.

Living & Well-Rounded

Education is not just for the mind. A student’s body and soul are also built up by a rich and full curriculum.

We aim to develop the student’s whole person through seven key disciplines:

  • Faith & Character

  • Language

  • History & Literature

  • Mathematics

  • Science

  • Fine Arts

  • Physical Skills

Classroom & Home Partnership

Through blended learning, your child can receive the benefits of traditional and home schooling simultaneously.

Students attend school in-person three days a week. The other two learning days are spent at home, completing provided lessons and assignments.

There is not a square inch in the whole domain of our human existence over which Christ, who is Sovereign over all, does not cry: “Mine!”
